We use only the highest quality materials to construct our Garden Rooms, ensuring that they are built to last.  

The cladding is the buildings skin and is fundamental to its longevity.  For this reason ,if you specify a coloured building we will only ever build this using a composite or cement board cladding board.  

We have loads of options you can choose from. Different styles, colours and textures that will match or complement your garden and house. 

 We place huge emphasis on building a low maintenance building and it goes without saying that a composite Cladding board makes for a long lasting, easy to care for building.

If you prefer or even require a timber cladding because of being in a conservation area then we will only ever use high quality, extremely durable options.  Depending on your preferred finish or colour scheme. These would be cedar or larch.

Unlike many companies, we build your bespoke building as a one Off  ,from scratch ,on site. So, this will vary depending on the size ,specification and even the means of access.  But usually we would aim to complete most buildings in around 2 weeks.

In any case minimum disruption to you is paramount. 

In most cases a concrete base is the best option. It's of course a permanent,strong ,no maintenance solid base for your building.  It's Especially recommended where heavy use is expected, maybe as a home gym for example. 

Where there is an existing solid base or where access is restricted a robust insulated timber base may be the only option.  In this case we'd assess and plan the most suitable base for the environment.  Be it ground screws , pad stones or adjustable feet etc.  There's a solution for almost any scenario. 

  Because we only do bespoke ,one off buildings, unique to your requirements, we build every building from scratch, on site.  

  We feel this is the only way to build such a premium bespoke product.  

 Having had a lot of experience building many Modular , pre made panel style buildings for other companies, we feel that that approach ,whilst slightly minimising time on site ,almost certainly compromises the final finish of the building.  Often Leaving insightly panel joins aswell as opening a building up to excessive expansion and contraction. 

Once a design and build slot has been confirmed and a deposit paid.  We will order the main components like windows and doors.  These often have 2 to 3 week lead times so should be with us in good time for your build date.
