Whilst the structure is built using modern insulated timber frame teqniques we aim for all the external features to need as little or no attention as possible.
To achieve this you can choose from a huge selection of cladding options. Including composite and cement board cladding in a wide variety of colours.
Even some timber cladding options such as Larch and Cedar have exceptional weather resistance.
Upvc or aluminium windows provide fantastic aesthetics whilst again needing no maintenance.
Ebdm Rubber roof coverings will last decades without any attention.
Any finishing Trims or decked areas will always utilise pvc or composite materials.
